The colloquium will take place on tuesdays at 17:15 o'clock in the large lecture room in Physikalisches Institut, Philosophenweg 12, Heidelberg, Germany. The Astronomisches Kolloquium is organized jointly by the Zentrum für Astronomie der Universität Heidelberg (ZAH), the Max-Planck-Institut für Astronomie (MPIA) the Max-Planck-Institut für Kernphysik (MPI-K) and the Sonderforschungsbereich "Galaxien im jungen Universum" (SFB 439). Some of the colloquium talks are jointly organized with the Colloquium for Particle Physics, Astrophysics and Cosmology (PAC).
